قمت بإجراء بعض التعديلات على الصيغة الإنجليزية لتكون أقوى لغويا و يمكن توجيهها لأي شركة سيارات .. أتمنى تكون مناسبة:

First of all I would like to introduce myself as one of the millions who have joined the boycott of new cars of all types in the Arabian gulf region, specially Saudi Arabia .
You know that the global finance crises have affected all fields and all countries without exceptions. And I will not explain to you the effects and the consequences of these crises because you know more about it than we do. Thus, nowadays, all manufacturers (mainly car manufacturers) are trying hard to sell off their products to gain adequate liquidity to cover their operations.
And we ( customers ) in Saudi Arabia and gulf countries want to help you because our previous good relationships with your company, the relationship that was severely damaged by your local agents and unprofessional dealers, who know nothing about how to deal with their customers, thus damaging the image of your company through their:
1- Disrespect and bad relations with customers
2- Bad after sale services
3- Unjustified expenses for services and repair costs (sometime 1000% more than outside)
4- Expensive spare parts
5- And most importantly, the unreasonable attempt to increase the prices of the new 2009 cars by a minimum of 15%, ( while the prices dropped up to 50% all over the world )
Therefore, we (the customers in Arabian gulf region in general and in Saudi Arabia in particular) have decided to refrain from buying and boycott all new cars till we see real price reductions and improvements in services.
Bearing in mind that the majority of car owners in the region have relatively new cars (2008 -2007-2006-2005 models) which means that we can wait for another two or three years before we need to reconsider buying new cars.
Also, we now have websites dedicated to educate and enlighten customers about the boycott and teach them how to keep and properly maintain our cars to prolong its life and avoid breakdowns and reduce the need to buy new cars or spare parts. We will do everything we can to keep on boycotting.
Remember, this action is not intended to harm you and is not between us and you, it is but between us and your local and sole agents in an attempt to regain some of our lost right as customers.
Finally, rest assured that we will never stop the boycott until our demands are met and our rights and respect and regained.

قبل كل شيئ اود ان اعرفكم بنفسي كواحد من الملايين الذين انضموا للمقاطعة في الخلج العربي بشكل عام و المملكة العربية السعودية بشكل خاص.
تعلمون ان الأزمة المالية العالمية قد طالت جميع القطاعات في جميع انحاء العالم بدون استثناء . ولن اشرح لكم آثار و تبعات هذه الأزمة لانه يفترض انكم تعلمون اكثر مما نعلم . لذا فإن كل الشركات ( خصوصا شركات السيارات ) تحاول جاهدة تصريف منتجاتها لتوفير السيولة التي تحتاج إليها لإدارة أعمالها.
و نحن المستهلكين في السعودية نرغب في مساعدتكم بحكم أن علاقتنا السابقة معكم كانت على مايرام . هذه العلاقة التي تضررت بسبب وكلائكم السيئين الجشعين الغير محترفين , الذين لايعلمون شيئا عن كيفية التعامل مع زبائنهم و الذين شوهوا سمعة شركتكم بالتالي:
1- معاملة سيئة للزبون .
2- سوء خدمات ما بعد البيع .
3- غلاء الخدمات و الصيانة الغير مبرر ( احيانا 1000 % زيادة عن الورش خارج الوكالة )
4- غلاء قطع الغيار
5- والأهم من ذلك الارتفاع الغير مبرر في الموديلات الجديدة 2009 ( في حين ان الاسعار انخفظت 50 % في جميع انحاء العالم )
لذلك فإننا ( المستهلكون ) في الخليج العربي عموما و السعودية بشكل خاص قد قررنا التوقف عن الشراء ومقاطعة السيارات الجديدة حتى نرى تخفيضات حقيقية و تحسن في الخدمات.
و تذكروا أن ملاك السيارات بشكل عام في منطقة الخليج يملكون سيارات جديدة نسبيا ( 2008-2007-2006-2005 ) معنى ذلك انه يمكننا ان ننتظر عدة سنوات قادمة دون ان نحتاج الى حتى مجرد التفكير في شراء سيارة جديدة.
أيضا , في هذه الأيام أنشئت مواقع الكترونية مخصصة لتوعية المستهلكين و إعلامهم بالمقاطعة و تعليمهم طرق المحافظة على سياراتهم بشكل صحيح ليتمكنوا من تجنب شراء سيارة جديدة أو حتى قطع غيار قد يحتاجون إليها بسبب سوء الإستخدام.
ثقوا تماما بأننا سوف نفعل كل ما بوسعنا لنستمر في المقاطعة .
وهذه المقاطعة ليست بسبب ضغينة بيننا و بينكم , وانما هي بيننا وبين وكلائكم .و الغرض منها إرجاع حقوقنا و إحترامنا الضائعين لديهم.
وأخيرا , تأكدو بأننا لن نوقف المقاطعة حتى نحقق مطالبنا المشروعة و نسترجع حقوقنا و إحترامنا.
